I can't wait for this... No really. I learnt so much from this clip. It reminded me of the old interrogation technique of 'how many fingers am I holding up?' (Holds 3 up) 'Three?'
'Wrong! Let me ask you again!'...
I think this is just what goes on in the head of a really, really, way-too-sensitive theater person during a normal, rigorous, but business-like rehearsal or lesson. I've seen lots of people get frustrated and mad when their professor/teacher is kind of a dick, but never this abject quaking in fear-- not since about the 7th grade.
I haven't been slapping my students lately. No wonder my student load is down. Thanks Todd.
